The PWHL began its second season on Saturday, November 30, and saw all six teams play over the weekend. Their second season sees all six teams with their own names and logos. The six teams are the Boston Fleet, New York Sirens, Montreal Victoire, Ottawa Charge, Minnesota Frost, and Toronto Sceptres. Additionally, the PWHL will see nine games played at neutral sites this season.
Billed as the “Takeover Tour,” the six-team league selected six U.S. cities — Raleigh, Buffalo, Detroit, St. Louis, Denver, and Seattle — and Canadian stops in Vancouver and Quebec City, with one site yet to be announced.
Each team has played three games, with the Minnesota Frost leading the early standings with 7 points. New York is currently the only team not to host a home game at this point in the season. Early on, the league’s overall attendance is up by 1,716 compared to last year’s final average (5,448). Boston, Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto have had two home games. Meanwhile, the Frost have had one home game currently.
Notable games this season have been Montreal’s 4-3 shootout win over Ottawa on November 30 plus New York’s 4-3 overtime win against the Frost on December 1. The league’s first neutral site game will be on January 5 in Seattle with the Fleet hosting the Victoire.

Below is the current attendance report for the PWHL’s 2024-25 season. The New York Sirens will play their first home game on Wednesday, December 18. The Sirens will play their entire season in Newark, New Jersey at the Prudential Center. The “+/-” factor is the increase or decrease from each team’s final average from 2023-24.
