AUX Softball is gearing up to its conclusion this season as the offense and pitching have been the story. All things considered, the stars shined in the first two games of Series Three to make their case to become champion.
Currently, four players have over 1,000 points on the leaderboard with four games to go. The gap between first and fourth place is 232 points. Here is a recap of games thirteen and fourteen of AUX.
Game Thirteen: Pitching Rules the Day in a 6 – 3 Win for Team Garcia over Team Warren
In this case, Rachel Garcia established herself as the favorite to win Season Two of AUX Softball. The righty tossed five innings, allowing two hits and runs, and had five strikeouts. In all, she has thrown at least five innings in each of her last four appearances. Here, the team captain got help with a four-run fourth inning while adding runs in the sixth.

Firstly, Megan Wiggins notched three RBIs as Sashel Palacios knocked in two more for Team Garcia. Also, Sis Bates had an RBI single to round out the scoring. Jessi Warren and her team’s offense came from Andrea Filler’s two-run double and a home run by Courtney Gano.
Game Fourteen: Team Leach hands Team Warren an 11- 4 loss
Without question, it was a rough day for Warren’s team as they scored just seven runs in their doubleheader. Aubrey Leach’s squad put the game away early with 10 runs in the first three innings. Leach and Aliyah Andrews led the way with three RBIs apiece while Amanda Lorenz had a two-run homer.

What’s more, Dejah Mulipola, Mia Davidson, and Abby Ramirez each contributed an RBI for Team Leach. It would be more than enough offense for Mariah Mazon in the circle, throwing six innings with five hits allowed.
On the other side, Warren, Filler, and Tori Vidales had RBIs as their other run came off a throwing error, scoring Gano.
